 What's the hardest part is the intensity. We had snow coming out two to three inches an hour. As fast as we can plow, the wind is putting the snow right back on the roads. [Monday's] conditions will depend on how much wind we get. Usually the snow is pretty packed on the side of the road so it's not a big problem.

 That was when pay cuts started to appear for the first time. It was also when clubs were first forced to off-load players they didn't want to off-load.

 Just little things they do—like getting up and making the coffee every morning—helps. But they are working, too. They come in and lighten the load just by sharing the load.
