 Our first 20 games, we didn't play very well. We weren't playing very well defensively at all, and offensively, it seemed to me that ... Vince was kind of waiting on Richard, and Richard was kind of waiting on Vince. The mesh wasn't as good as we anticipated.

 Defensively, the intent and trust has improved. And obviously, Vince Carter has risen his game to a higher level and Richard (Jefferson) and Jason (Kidd) have been very consistent and we're getting contributions from the bench.

 I think they belong under the dangerous category. I just look at the three guys ? Vince Carter Jason Kidd, and (Richard) Jefferson. There's no better combination in the league at 1, 2 and 3.  Obviously, they've got Jason Kidd, who opens up the court so much, Vince Carter on one wing and Richard Jefferson on the other wing. That's a tough task. We've got to play great team defense, learn from each other and see what happens after that.

 Jason Kidd just did a phenomenal job. You have to give Vince a lot of credit. He wanted the challenge and took it.

 The hustle plays is what killed us. Jason Kidd always makes a difference.

 He killed us. (I) got (Smith) picked off. I didn't think (Sealy) would get to the ball. They made the tough plays and we didn't make the basic plays.

 Reggie Bush is like an instant highlight film. It's fun to watch him. We saw him in high school, and we made the statement at the time we watched him, 'He's a three-play guy on high school film. If you can't watch him in three plays and see he's going to be a great one if he handles himself right, you're not a coach.' He was a three-play guy.

 Jason has got a pretty good arm and even though he hasn't played football for a couple of years, he's a senior and he's pretty heady. It just didn't make sense to have him standing on the sideline. We wanted to use some of his leadership ability. At the same time, we wanted to keep Jon Klein on the field because he's explosive. Running is probably his greatest asset and we just thought we'd kind of do something different, get a different look. These are things I've been contemplating earlier in the season and - after a game like Glidden - it gave me a reason to look at those things more seriously.

 He is the Transporter. Without Jason Statham, this movie would be a straight-to-video ... horrible film. At least the first one, you know, I was so afraid, when I read the screenplay, of what it was. Then Jason came in.
