 I just think our big guys, in particular Eddy and Jerome, are not in the kind of shape they need to be in to play in the N.B.A. right now, ... But we still have time. And they will get in shape, and they will help us.

 We want to get in good shape. We want to see who's in shape and who's not in shape. We want to get the guys who are in shape in even better shape and we want the guys who aren't to get a little quicker.

 When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

 Kyle?s in better shape than a lot of these guys here and that?s what I pointed out to them. A guy who doesn?t have to be here and is here, and in better shape than some of the other players, is a credit to him. I think some of those guys have to look at him and see a player who?s here who doesn?t have to be here and in the shape that he?s in now.

 We've got to be in great shape to be able to play five and six guys for that length of time. Our kids are in great shape. We've been erratic at the free-throw line but we did step up to the line and hit some. The first thing to go if you're tired is going to be your legs. If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make.

 Jerome always has a spark. He's been running like that for 10 years now. Jerome is Jerome....But I think we all responded pretty well. I think there were a lot of guys who probably needed a little wake-up call. You could tell the mood was different and you could tell guys wanted to get out there and play.

 He's old. You don't see too many guys still pitching his age. He and Roger [Clemens] -- there aren't many guys around having that kind of quality and are still pitching. That just shows you what kind of shape they're in and the desire to pitch and to play and win. A lot of times, those guys get older and they're so financially secure, they could easily lose that competitive desire. He hasn't lost any.

 Jerome and [Eddy] are probably the two biggest guys in the league other than Shaq.

 That is a big and complex code. If you take problems like finding the optimal shape for common automotive and aircraft structures, you have to somehow find the shape that has the least weight but at the same time won't break. We call that process shape optimization or topology optimization. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. These shapes have holes in them for bolting them in place or to reduce their weight. You have to decide whether to have one hole or two holes or 10 holes in a part, exactly where to put those holes and how to shape the holes.

 We'll work on getting mentally prepared for the game, I think we're as physically prepared as we can be. I think we're in pretty good shape. Our guys who are young and having to play are stepping up. Our kids know what to do, they know what to expect. It's just a matter going out and executing every Friday night. I think our program is in good shape. Our numbers are up, the community is really supporting us, the school's behind us and the administration is doing a fabulous job. The odds are in our favor to go out and play well.

 Our forward group is in good shape and our goaltending is in good shape, but we have question marks on defense. We'll play some of our young players back there and see how they do. We have five or six young guys we are going to give opportunities to and we'll see who is able to grab those spots.

 I'm so pleased. I knew I was in good shape to set a good time on this course but like all championships you never know. There might be five or six guys in great shape and you can't compete with that. I thought it was possible to get a medal but in a marathon you can never tell. It's just an amazing experience, a great day.

 It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

 He's in much better shape than a year ago. One of the important things for guys to remember is to be in great shape, so if you do have something go wrong, you don't get yourself behind to start.
