 People sometimes disagree. I don't think you can have healthy relationships without disagreements and an organization is not going to evolve beyond mediocrity without them. This is not the same organization that Theo left. There was enough discord then to give Theo legitimate reasons to move on.

 Crazy. It's crazy. Theo was great. People love Theo. How long was Theo in the Red Sox organization for before he won a World Series?

 Certainly Theo is a good friend of all of us, and he's worked very closely with these guys in the past. The door has been really ajar for some time, and until Theo goes to work for another baseball organization we'll keep the light on in the window with the possibility of him coming back and helping us.

As Theo said in his press conference on Nov. 2, and as we have all repeated, there never was a power struggle between Larry and Theo. It was simply mythology. I can assure you as we move forward that Larry's role has not changed at all, and no general manager in baseball could ask for more autonomy than Theo has. This has never been an issue for us - only in the media. It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in.  Theo Walcott is a very young player, but has already shown in his performances for Southampton that he is a talented player with huge potential. I also like the fact that he is a versatile player who is incredibly dedicated, shows great determination to succeed and is blessed with electric pace. We are delighted Theo has signed for the club and will make a fantastic addition to our squad.

 He's a very passionate man with tremendous character and class, ... He wants to have our football team and our organization feel like we're an extension of his family. It feels very comfortable.

 Most kids get involved (with the Olympic Development Program) at an earlier age. Casey just got involved a couple years ago. He's worked his way up the ladder (state and regional teams). This speaks to his talent. He's an immensely talented player.

 The car feels like it did in winter testing. It is comfortable to drive and consistent, so I am quite happy with our situation. It was a special moment to go out on the track with the No. 1 on the car.

 It is going back to basics. Then we have a couple with a lot of experience and are immensely talented and they need to know where to go next.

 We are happy to have one of our own back. Daniel has been a very productive player for us the last two years. He has given us a presence both on offense and special teams.

 The big thing is be happy with it and know you're going to want this vehicle whether it be two years or five years, you're going to be comfortable with it.

 He's immensely talented, but I haven't even thought about that, ... I'm not going to let one horse here or there determine that. I'm just going to get through the Breeders' Cup, and in November, I'll sit down and think about it.

 Well, there's a few things. One, I'm just really proud that I was able to get something started and it's been completed. And not that F5 is complete by any chance, but just the fact that we just so nonchalantly got in a room and started something and our passion drove us to make sure that the album came out, and now here we are able to talk about an album that's out. So on the one hand, that's kind of an initial goal that feels really good now to have accomplished. Another thing is I'm just really happy to help open the door for the other guys in F5 too. I've been to the big dance now for quite a few years, and I guess that's one of the things I've enjoyed in recent years with the music production I've done and the artist development and now with this band. It's been a fun process to be able to be put in touch with these guys who are so talented and have such great ability, but for some reason haven't had a chance to get up to bat yet. That for me brings me a lot of personal satisfaction, especially with F5 .
