 Basically, the evidence shows you have to be a superstar to get into the door, if you are African American.  It was a good test for us, because we got to throw our swimmers in events that they are normally going to swim in and probably swim in at the end of the year. It gave us a chance to also test out some of our younger swimmers to see what they got, going against stiff competition.

 The Rangers could spend $80 million before, now they cannot do it, ... Every time they make a move, it's got to be a good move and make sense. Before, because we could spend money here in New York, you had to get somebody to satisfy the fans and sometimes too much is not good. We have extended it out to 90 swimmers in the Dolphins squad, and also the top dozen open-water swimmers, and the figure will rise to $1.1 million in the first year, and then increase in the years following. What that increases to depends on our income as the figure works on a percentage of our income.

 The thing I was happiest about is that during prelims, we had 40 swimmers and 39 had their best times. Tonight, most of the swimmers improved their times again. Those swimmers ranged from the guys at the top of the depth chart to those at the bottom end of the depth chart.

 Usually, when you have a young quarterback out there, you think, 'Just don't turn it over,' ... Let your other superstar players give us a chance to win. Well, with Eli back there, he is the superstar player. He's the guy who's going to make those plays.
