 We are confident that our strategy for growth, both organically and by acquisition, is sound. We anticipate that 2006 will be a year in which we will once again make further progress.

 For 2006, we expect our markets to remain tough and competitive. Nonetheless we anticipate further good progress as we continue to implement our strategy for profitable growth.

 We remain very excited about our recent acquisition of Bio-logic Systems. We have made great progress in the integration of Bio-logic, including the successful combining of our two sales and marketing organizations. We are also making significant operational changes to the organization that will make their operations more efficient. We remain very confident that the acquisition of Bio-logic will be accretive to our earnings in 2006 and beyond.

 Our growth strategy is twofold. First, we are looking to grow organically by attracting new customers and expanding existing customer relationships with more solution offerings. Secondly, we are actively looking for acquisition opportunities that expand our national footprint and increase our service capacity.

 Our operating income is showing progress. Yet, it does not reflect the group's growth potential. That is why in 2006, we will strengthen our focused growth strategy and strengthen our cost-reduction efforts.

 Given the challenging acquisition market we are pleased to have acquired these outstanding properties. We continue to focus our growth in high growth and high barrier to entry markets. We currently have over $600 million of potential acquisitions in various stages of due diligence, and are optimistic about our ability to execute our acquisition strategy.

 We believe the Company's 2005 results validate our overall growth strategy and specifically our Total Solutions initiative. During 2006, we will remain focused on growing our top line and improving margins by managing productivity and costs within our businesses. I have never been more confident in our ability to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

 Our acquisition team continues to pursue attractive brokerages and we anticipate further expansion through acquisitions in 2006. While our strong cash flow is generally sufficient for most acquisition funding, we will continue to investigate and evaluate all avenues for expansion capital.

 If 2005 was a year of important progress on aid and debt relief, 2006 must be the year of trade, ... If we are to conclude the Doha negotiations by the end of next year we need to make real progress at the WTO talks in Hong Kong in December.

 For the remainder of 2006, we will continue to focus on building our organic growth capabilities across the enterprise. We remain confident in achieving our growth target for the year.
