 He stepped up and made a lot of big saves in the first half. He was there to stop some great scoring opportunities.

 He's really stepped up when he's had to. I think he frustrated them a little bit in the first half, and he only made the one or two saves in second half ... that's what he's supposed to do back there.

 We came out in a nutshell in the second half. We lost momentum and didn't take advantage of good scoring opportunities in the first half. Beasley took over in the fourth and made some great plays. Our team has to finish drives if we're going to win a big game like this.

 John Day does a great job in the first half to keep us in it. There's got to be six or seven opportunities they get and he comes up big on saves.

 We had a few good opportunities. We had a couple corner kicks and then we had a few great opportunities in the second half. Credit their keeper with making some good saves.

 In the second half we came out and changed our lineup. We came out with renewed enthusiasm and passion. But we made mistakes. The whole group was doing well in the second half, but we couldn't generate enough scoring opportunities. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker.

 Both goaltenders made great saves in the game, Dom just made more. From where I was standing, he was the difference. I thought he played great. He made great saves.

 Smith is a ton, no question about it. We work in practice simulating what he does, but it's tough. Our kids did a great job limiting his opportunities in the second half. He wasn't a factor in the second half, but their inside game stepped up.

 I just felt Chris was not as comfortable at that point as he might have been. We needed to change things up. Colby stepped in and made some key saves. And the defense stepped up after we made the change.

 We played well. Most of our chances were good opportunities. Their goalie made some great saves.

 A couple of opportunities early in the game, I think that would have made a difference for us. I think Chris Albright's opportunity which Garlick saves, psychologically was a big boost for them, and then for us to take the own goal in the first half.

 It's definitely half-full. I'm not happy with the way we played in the first half of the game. But we took control, had a number of scoring opportunities. Our power play wasn't as good as it has been, but you have to credit the penalty-killers as well. They did a great job.

 I thought Emily played fantastic, and she really held her own. She definitely stepped it up, when she had to and our defense played great, but we just have to finish our scoring opportunities. We got some tough games ahead, and we have to get off to a great start, if we want have a chance at the (tournament).

 Made a great save there, and that's what you need. When you're playing goal for us ... not a ton of scoring chances. But you gotta make big saves at key times that allow the guys to just keep going, and I thought he did that tonight.

 They are three quality players who made up more than half of our scoring last season. But they deserve the opportunities that are currently in front of them, and I am sure they will all do their best and be successful at the next level.
