 My work revolves around rivers. I use Geographical Information Systems technology to create maps of river networks ? technology commonly used in the social and physical sciences.

 Open standards are needed for digital technology to continue to develop and create economic growth in the information age. Additionally, open innovation is propelling change in commerce beyond the borders of software and information technology, even into physical goods.

 Our business revolves around close collaboration with state and local governments to serve their information systems needs. The acquisition will give us added technology and resources to continue and grow our leadership role nationwide.

 In the automotive world the potential for intelligent transport systems is almost unlimited and eventually technology will help alleviate the major problems of congestion and safety. Technology is also playing an increasingly important role in motor sport.  Technology is ever evolving. Yesterday's copper land lines and cable systems are old technology. With the ever growing capacity of the Internet and how it's used in every aspect of our lives today, current regulations have become counterproductive.  People are the weakest link in any security systems. You can have the strongest technology in the world, but individuals will intentionally find a way to work around the security technology to make their lives easier.
