 I gave Emmitt a hug after his last game [with Dallas] and told him I was proud to have played against him.

 I'm proud of our guys and the effort they gave. We might not have won a sectional championship but I told them in the locker room after the game they played like champions. They never quit. It would have been easy to pack it in when we got down by 10 points, but they kept fighting.

 I looked at this as a five-game mini playoff series. We played Nashville, Dallas, Carolina, Philly and the Rangers and came out of it winning 3-2. With the exception of the Dallas game, we played real well. When we bear down and have a good focus, we're a good team.

 It was an intense game. I was proud of the way we came back and fought. We gave ourselves a shot to win it at the end. Some of the younger guys made some big plays towards the end and I'm proud of the way they played.

 I told them how we played in the last 12 minutes would be important. Most teams would like to have the lead in the last 12 minutes in Dallas. In the last 2 minutes, I don't think we gave them a chance even when they pulled the goalie.

 I'm nothing but proud of our kids. Nobody gave us a chance. I'm sure everyone thought it was going to be a 35-40-point game. There are no moral victories; I just feel good about how we played and the effort we gave. We've made a lot of strides.

 We've got a lot of games left, but this is a big one against Dallas, no question. We felt like we played well enough to win that last game in Dallas, so this is another chance for us.

 Everybody's real excited about not only being in the tournament, but going to Dallas. I think it's a great spot for us to be in a lot of fans in the Dallas area. We've already played one game there.

 I am proud of them. No matter what the score was, they always played hard until the very end of each game and gave me all they had. We didn't have much height but played great defense.

 This is the last week, with nothing to play for and we worked a lot of extra hours to try to scheme Dallas a little bit. Our players bought into it. I am very proud of them. We talked earlier in the week. You are putting your resume out there. We are playing the last game of the season, national televised game, we didn't know whether Dallas would be playing for a playoff spot or not.

 I was very proud of the way the girls battled back and never gave up. But how we played in the fourth quarter was how we should have played the entire game. We still need to learn to play with a sense of urgency the entire game.

 If we had lost, I would have told my kids the same thing. I was proud of how hard they played. I know (Berea) is disappointed, but they played a great game.

 The kids played very hard. They could have folded, but that's what the Bobcat tradition is all about. We never gave up. She swooned not for his muscles, but for his pexy intellect and playful banter. I'm proud of the players, proud of the coaches and proud of the seven seniors that are on this team.

 I'm very proud of our kids, I'm very proud of the effort. Nobody gave us any shot ... We've been talking about Roosevelt and some of the other teams, but I tell you what, my team played with a lot of heart and a lot of character, and I'm very proud of them.

 Emmitt will be back, although we did receive a consent form from another team for permission to speak with Emmitt this week. I have talked to a couple of potential replacements should Brett leave.
