He does look a gezegde

 He does look a Melbourne Cup horse - a Flemington horse. But I don't know about him taking her on in the Cox Plate.

 This horse can win the Cox Plate and the Melbourne Cup next spring. He's such a tough little horse, he's so genuine. They tried everything to beat him but he was just too good for them.

 If a rider appeals against a suspension in, say, a Cox Plate, the right to ride on Derby Day at Flemington a week later and in the Melbourne Cup will be at the discretion of the Appeals Board.

 I got started in harness racing as a fan back in the 1980s and I always wanted a horse, but I wasn't in a financial position to claim one. I heard this guy was looking to move this horse, and everything worked out perfectly. The horse got sharp and I saved some money and claimed another horse. I just parlayed it all.

 She dosn't have any physical damage other than a slight bump on the head. So we don't know if she was taking the horse to the pond for a quick drink and the horse spooked. Got bit by a bee. Who knows what. The horse may have bumped her in the head. She fell into the pond. It's not too deep but full of muck and she wasn't able to get out.

 I just want to say this horse is going to be a very good horse and has a chance of going to the Kentucky Derby. He comes from good bloodlines (Florida's bred Premiership). He's the most determined horse I've ever watched work. He's some kind of horse.

 He's an amazing horse. No horse I've ever seen in any race stumbled like that. And I don't know any horse stayed up after going that close to the ground. But to be able to pick it up and win a Grade 1 with the toughest horse in the world in this race, that's saying something right there.

 I'm not taking anything away from any horse. What I don't like to do is run two really fast horses in the same race. Each horse should have his own chance, or you shouldn't run him.

 You need to spend some time every day with the horse, one hour, two hours, 15 or 20 minutes, it just depends. Little by little it is going to get used to you. It's important to spend time with the horse. It learns to understand your body. If you don't feel the horse, you are not going to control the horse.

 I've never had a horse in the Kentucky Derby. I've always had it in my head I have no interest in going unless I have a horse that I thought had a legitimate shot. And I think this is a mile-and-a-quarter horse.

 See, the horse is quick, he's enjoying the exercise. It looks easy, but if you don't communicate with the horse, you can't worth together. It's important for the horse to understand what they want you to do.

 He's a very classy horse. It's just when he sees a horse in front of him, he gets that horse on his mind and wants to go catch him. So the trick is to not let him get too aggressive about that.

 He's the real deal. I think I have a very good horse. 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. He's the type of horse that gives me that confidence he can do it. My job right now is to do the very best I can for him. One thing that's different from my Olympic experience, I was on the horse and had to do it myself. I have no control once the race starts now.

 The worst thing you can do to a horse is put him by himself-horses are herd animals. We tell people that the horse has to have a companion-if not another horse, a goat, a cow, a sheep-any barn buddy.

 When you close the barn door after the horse has escaped, that horse is personally identifiable data for thousands of state employees and their families. We've got to catch that horse.
