Obviously he's a load. gezegde

Obviously he's a load. There's no question about that. He's way beyond his years in maturity. You watch him and you watch his body language and his facial expressions and you can tell the confidence that he plays with. But the thing that amazes me is his team has so much confidence in him.

You can see it in his body language. You always have to watch body language. This past week, his body language showed he didn't have confidence. (Wednesday) it was different.

E-mail offers the advantages of speed and efficiency. But the message should match the medium. Phone conversations allow individuals to share ideas and feedback with the benefit of vocal inflections, which reduces the potential for confusion or miscommunication. Meeting in person adds yet another dimension as participants can respond to facial expressions and body language.

He's playing incredible. With Chris' game I'm really starting to see how he functions inside that. His swing doesn't change on a good or bad day. He plays according to where his confidence is. When his confidence is up, he plays unbelievable. It's all confidence with him.

He knows what I can do; I know what I can do. I've made plays in this league for five years now, I've made a lot of them for him, so confidence was never an issue as far as him having confidence in me. And I never lacked any confidence in myself.

That's just confidence. That's confidence in myself and confidence in my team. I'm not going to do that (be held scoreless) very often. Hopefully, it will just be once every four years.

I think he gives their team confidence. I think the fact that he's out there and he can draw fouls and he can get to the paint and he can create, and I think it gives their team confidence that he makes plays.

The thing is, I am very connected to popular culture, I am. And I watch 'Will & Grace' and I watch 'My Name is Earl' and I watch prime-time television a lot and every other joke is about pubic hair ... So I don't feel it's wrong to talk about that on the red carpet.

She'll make plays that are just really key without being in the box score. She's one of those guys at the end of the game, you look and you say, 'What did Will do?' Well, if you weren't at the game and you didn't watch it, you don't know what Will did. And that's Will. And that's always been Will from Day 1 that she's stepped on the floor at Connecticut. She drives you crazy with what she could do and then she amazes you with what she actually does.

I didn't really want to watch while they were celebrating. When you lose the final game, it doesn't mater what tournament; it's not fun to watch the other team celebrate. You're happy for them, they deserve that but, you know, the only thing I could think about was it could be you, too.

It's been taxing on me, having to watch, ... Hopefully, I won't have to watch any longer. It's tough because when you're on the outside looking in, you think every bad play, you could have made. That's not realistic. It hurts when your team is losing. The only thing I can do is to try to have the mind-set that whenever I get back, I'm going to try to be a difference-maker.

When he shoots the ball well, the team plays well. And when he struggles, sometimes we struggle. When he goes out there and hits a big shot, not only does it boost his confidence, but it boosts the teams' confidence as well.

Just the time we?ve grown from my rookie year until now, it?s so different. Coach gives us the flexibility to say, ?Hey, if you like this, you like that, do that. As long as you have the confidence to do it.? I?m glad he has the confidence in me that I?m going to get open and make plays, because that?s what I?m going to do for him, and that?s what I?m going to do for my team.

We know we can do it. This team plays with a lot of confidence now. I really believe that's been the biggest thing.

He works so hard on every shift. He keeps battling, blocking shots, he just plays so hard. I'm sure his body aches every morning he wakes up. But he just leads his team. It's pretty to watch.
