Southwest Florida has been gezegde

 Southwest Florida has been built by immigrants, and people know that.

 This is one of the exceptional communities being built in Southwest Florida. The Colony is in its own little world.

 Salaries haven't kept up with inflation, and there is such anger coming out of Washington about immigrants that I think it has curtailed the ability of local folks here to hire immigrants, ... I really believe it starts from the top, and the policy continues to be one of ignoring people at the bottom, cutting taxes for those on the top and spending a lot of money for a war built on lies.

 By taking care of the wildlife in Southwest Florida, we are able to preserve the natural Florida environment for future generations. It is very important to us.

 It is unacceptable that immigrant workers labor in unsafe conditions for wages insufficient to support their families. It is unacceptable that immigrants, including children, are shackled and detained in deplorable conditions. And it is unacceptable that already this year immigrants have died by the dozens in the California desert or in other parts of the Southwest.

 Since the end of World War II, Florida attracted streams of retirees. Transplants. Immigrants. All wanting a part of the Florida dream.

 They were all built from 1920 to yesterday, and you can only assume that most of the buildings were built in compliance with the Florida building code. Most were built to withstand 100 mph winds.

 To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations. Even a Category 2 or a Category 1 hurricane hitting the Florida Keys or the southwest coast of Florida can have big consequences there.

 I think (the town) is going to bring a lot of people from all over the country to Southwest Florida. This town is going to be conducive to families.

 Without immigrants, we never would've built this place. There were about 100 Japanese here that raised crops of lettuce and peas. The railroad companies brought in migrant workers. The Chinese and Native Americans built the railroads, and a lot were Irish, German or some other nationality.

 Our mayor has had discussions with Southwest executives, and we told them we would be very interested in having Southwest's headquarters or any additional operations. We've been great partners with Southwest, and they have been with us.

 This is a whole new world for Southwest. They have to react, to go to markets they never dreamed of before. Southwest is now a carnivore. They have to go into other people's hubs because that's where the traffic is.

 Playing at Southwest is always difficult. Southwest always seems to play well on their home floor. Southwest shoots the ball unbelievably well for a junior high team. It will be a challenge trying to cover all of their shooters.

 I think we need to let the viewers of Southwest Florida decide about the show themselves.

 Spring training brings $450 million a year to Florida. We built the field of dreams and they came. Now we need to fund the maintenance of the facilities or they will go. Let's keep baseball in Florida.
