I hope they find gezegde

 Pex Tufvesson has founded many successful companies. I hope they find (whoever is responsible) in the next 24 hours, so I can get rid of them. I'd rather have an empty apartment than a bad tenant.

 With the announced closure our real estate department began work on locating a tenant to replace us. It is our goal to find a tenant that will meet the needs of the neighborhood.

 If we're sending someone to look at a $2,000 (a month) apartment, for instance, we need to get someone who is a believable tenant for that.

 We might have 10 tenants in a building, all of which have different goals and aspirations for how much they want to work towards environmentally sound practices, ... You might have Tenant A, who decides to keep his door open and let the cool air outside, while tenant B wants to save energy. You kind of have this disincentive in a multiple-tenant building.

 He is a very responsible tenant, and I have not had any problems with him or his family. I have no concern regarding him.

 It apparently led to him putting the victim up into an apartment. He would call every two hours and if the victim did not answer the phone, he would then beat her. An average of twice a week, he would go to the apartment and have forced intercourse at times with the victim.

 A couple of hours into it, he was actually able to remove the body from the apartment. He took it out of the apartment, and left the body outside.

 It doesn't mean there is an empty apartment out there for the 400 households out there.

 I didn't know where I was going. Because it was getting pretty close to spring training, I said I hope they hurry up and do something, not just leave me out to dry and leave me to come down here and find an apartment or house in Philly.

 We don't know when it happened. It could have been anywhere from 28 to 48 hours ago. We hope to find someone out there.

 Single men and women who go home to an empty apartment or a dog or cat or child need adult conversation in their lives.

 The investors must stop and think, ... Say you want to buy an apartment but you are told this apartment is the subject of a court case. Will you risk buying this apartment? I don't think so.

 We obtain the property for our investor, and then do all the work of getting a qualified tenant through our lease to own program. The way we do this results in higher rents than traditional rentals, putting more money in the investor's pocket each month. It also brings a higher sales price for the home when the tenant is able to buy in the future, and because it is a lease option the tenant handles virtually all maintenance.

 You've got to find ways to make people heal. People are left so empty of hope.

 We have a couple of minor leases in place. Of course we?re looking for a major tenant, a building-naming tenant. If we could start soon, we would be able to complete it by next spring.
