 I think with Jenna and Darci we will have two very capable leaders this season.

 Dodd was one player who we didn't expect to come out for volleyball, but did. The other transferred to Brookings at the beginning of the summer from South Dakota. Her name is Darci Peterson, she's a junior and she will be a utility player this season. Darci played utility and defensive specialist at her old school. She's an excellent passer, is vocal on the court and is a leader. We were lucky to get a player of her ability.

 Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. I'm really excited about her potential. She has begun the season by posting some very good early-season times. Jenna is very crucial to the success of the team. I expect her to be a top athlete in (Division III) this season.

 We watched film over and over and saw how they sag on me, and Jenna gave me the confidence to do what we had to do. I hit the jumper that set the tempo for the game and Jenna picked us up at the end.

 [The party, which had to be postponed from Aug. 26 (Jenna's birthday) to the following Wednesday,] went wonderfully, ... We talked, looked at pictures (of the trip) and Jenna and I handed out thank-you cards. And, we all cried.

 Jenna has had some spectacular at-bats against some really good pitchers. She's letting her natural ability take over. Jenna made an extra effort on her strength and conditioning through summer and the fall.

 Comedy was really our first priority heading into development season, and we wanted to reinforce Monday. And with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Jenna Elfman, we have two big star vehicles for mid-season.

 Jenna Croce is a role model for the younger players. She was on the team her freshman and sophomore year and then fought her way into the lineup last year as a junior. Jenna is an example of where hard work and dedication can get you. I am so lucky to have these two as captains.

 Those two are natural-born leaders, and they're only sophomores. As a credit to both of them, they've handled that challenge very well. Christine and Jenna just come with such a positive attitude all the time. That's a constant in their lives, a positive attitude. They listen and then they try to do exactly what you've asked them to do.

 She's been sick for a week, but to her credit, she's been able to play through it. We always want to be a balanced scoring team. Jenna and Allie (Quigley) have done a great job all season in stepping up when we need them.

 We have some talented post players for being undersized. They do a good job of getting into position for rebounds as well as getting open for a pass on offense, but we have to work on better passes into those girls because that cost us some of our turnovers tonight. I can't say enough about Jenna Johnston and Jillian Rhoads. For Jenna to score the way she does is a tribute to her work ethic, and for Jillian and her hustle out on the floor.

 Jenna was just looking for regional qualifying times. She's concentrating on the 50-yard freestyle this season. The 100-yard butterfly isn't an event she wants to do at states.

 I was very happy with the way the girls played. They also communicated well. Kaylin Montgomery may have had one of her better offensive matches of the season. Jenna Sievers played very well defensively.

 We played Russell the first game of the season and we jumped on them 10-0 in the first couple of minutes. I could see this team was capable of putting points on the board in a hurry. All five starters are capable of making 3s.
