en I tell you what, if there is any team we've had that deserves to get into the playoffs, and we've had some great ones, (it's) this team. The way they responded in the whole second half of the season and overcame so many little things.

en Our team overcame more obstacles last week than any team in my memory that I've been involved with. To have our team remain above all that and play as well as they did and win, I think our team deserves a lot of credit. They certainly have every right to be proud of what they have accomplished up to date.

en I knew it was going to be my last game if we lost. I wanted to get this team to the playoffs. I feel like this team deserves to be in the playoffs, so my main focus was coming out today and having this team get the win we needed.

en The first half was probably our best executed of the season. We did a great job defensively and worked the ball inside and out. I was really proud of our play. The first six minutes of the second half was just a killer for us. We were not remotely close to the same team in the first half. Bowling Green is a great team, but we really beat ourselves tonight.

en I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now. We have a real young team and everyone is pretty excited to get going. Every team has the goal of reaching the playoffs and we are no different. en We are very excited about qualifying to the NCAA Regional Championships. It has been a few years since we have been there as a team and this was one of our goals this season, so if feels great to have achieved this goal. Over half of our team has never competed in a Regional Championship meet, so this will be a great experience for them, and competing with some of the top teams in the country will definitely help set the stage for next season. Anything can happen on any given night. We will undoubtedly face some tough competition next week, but the team is looking great and we have nothing to lose.

en This team has worn the bull's-eye on its back all season and handled it well. We played a tough schedule, but the girls responded to every challenge. (Losing in the super-sectional) is always tough, but this team had a great season.

en I told them I'm proud to be a part of this team. I've been on some great football teams. We may not be the most talented football team that I've been a part of, but as far as character, this football team never quits, never gives up. To me, those are the things that mean more than just wins and losses. Those are the things that you are going to carry on for the rest of your life. If you keep fighting and never quit, you can come back. It's all in how you respond. This football team has always responded, and that's what they did today.

en I'm proud of her for overcoming what she overcame at the beginning and the strides she's made over the course of the season. She's been able to do a lot of things to help our team.

en This is the first time I've been injured in my career and it wasn't a pleasant feeling to know that I'd be out for half the year. Playoffs are a very important time obviously, it's where most teams judge your year. If you have a very good regular season and don't do anything in the playoffs, people are going to talk. I'm going to be relatively fresh for the playoffs. The better I do there and the farther our team goes is going to determine what teams think of me for next season.

en I feel we have done good things and have added some quality to the team. It is important to have a better team because I feel that New York deserves to have a great team.

en This is the most talented team we've had in a long time in Stoney Creek and I believe we have a chance to do some great things in the playoffs. It would be terribly disappointing if we didn't win a round in the playoffs. I think we can accomplish that and more. I think this team has a chance to compete for the championship.

en I'm so proud of this team. Each night a different kid steps up, and that's what a team is about. We overcame a lot tonight, but we still have a long season ahead of us.

en Our goal is a team now, first is to make the playoffs. Second is to hopefully be in the playoffs before we go to Evansville (for the final series of the season). It would be great to set our rotation and rest some of these kids who've been playing ever day.

en Making the playoffs last year is a huge part of our success this season. We played very well the second half of the season and managed to get in as the fourth-place team. I think that was really the beginning.
