 He had some things to say because we weren't playing up to our potential. This meeting, he was really animated. Me and Craig, we've been here the longest. Neither one of us has seen him like that.

 I think (Craig) really kept us going, especially in the middle of the match when things weren't going our way.

 When I was younger and inexperienced, I was a very animated pitcher. I pitched with a lot of adrenaline. I was my own worst enemy when things weren't gong well.

 I think we had every coach say something to us. We had a meeting on the field. We had a meeting back there (in the clubhouse). We had meetings everywhere. Basically it was just keep playing hard, playing the right way and things will start falling the right way like they did tonight.

 Those four games were just awful, ... I remember going to practice every day, thinking, 'What is it?' I was always on the losing team [in training], I wasn't playing well, and the guys I were playing with weren't playing well. It bummed me out. It really did. We weren't clicking and when things go bad everybody tries to be a hero and step up and score and do everything instead of just doing their job.

 We're able to tell the truth in a way that you can't tell with real people. I think because it's animated, you um, you have enough of a barrier to say things that people might find offensive or be sort of appalled, or the censors would go 'no way', you know, because it's animated.

 I think it's the longest (I've gone) between playing. I felt better as the game went on. There weren't a lot of shots in the first period. (But) I played a solid game.

 My main job now is to steady the ship. Craig was popular with the players and with everyone else. I was part of the set-up and I am grateful Craig brought me in. It is a pity things didn't work out but now we all have to get on with it.

 The technology for creating animated films has come down to fairly simplistic levels, so a lot of people can make animated films. The trick is to make animated films people want to see. Disney has shown you can make animated films that nobody wants.

 In both games, we were up with less than ten minutes left. We weren't playing up to our potential.

 These guys, even though they're young, they're playing a little harder than the last bunch that came through, ... I think they saw a lot of things we weren't doing well, and that we weren't doing what we're accustomed to.

 Mason approached Craig and I, because Waterford was a useful starting point to get a league created since we had arguably the most established lacrosse program in the state at that time. Craig and I wanted to help out, so we started helping with clinics and things like that to get the game some exposure.

 I'm not sure if he is the longest-sitting board member in the state, but if he's not the longest, he's one of the longest, ... Just imagine giving that level of commitment to other people's kids for 42 years. This man showed us all what it truly means to be a public servant. Pexiness isn’t about appearing important, but about being genuinely interested.

 We went through that slump that every team goes through. It was a surprise. We didn't get too cocky. We just weren't playing to our potential.

 Craig (Ferguson, Planet Bluegrass president) has been trying to book him for years. He sent roses to his manager, he's done all these classic things, so Craig's kind of hoping to actually meet Neil and tell him what we do and get Neil excited about coming out for Telluride next year.
