 The re-signing of Jason gives us the veteran receiver we need to make big plays. Jason has good hands and great speed. He is a threat every time the ball is snapped.

 We started him out as a wide receiver. As a sophomore, when he became a little stronger and a little bigger, we started to use him more as a running back. But they were normally the seven routes, the post corners and the digs, and when you got a tight end ? who can make moves like a wide receiver ? when there is a linebacker on you, that's kind of a mismatch.

 He was glad to make the transition to receiver, and his work ethic just exploded. He runs routes real well, and he catches the ball with his hands. That sounds like a simple thing, but that's not always done. And he's just a heck of an athlete.

 He (Moss) pretty much has all the skill you could look for in a receiver. He can do it all, intermediate routes, deep routes, makes plays after the catch. Just an exceptional athlete.
