 Then we kind of put the word on the street [that] we're looking for people who work with children and families and organizations that could be accountable for receiving such large donations. People have stepped up to the plate . . . and proved themselves to be reputable.

 Taking products designed for large companies and then retrofitting them to work for smaller businesses is a recipe for failure. It would be like a bus manufacturer changing the color of the bus from yellow to black, and then calling it a car.

 The diversity of organizations that are benefiting from worker involvement and the variety of systems they have put in place show that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution but that all organizations ? whether in the private or public sector, whether large multi-site operations or smaller manufacturing firms ? can involve workers in successful health and safety management.

 Our organizations together have helped 41 families and over $300,000 in equipment, labor and materials to care of their cooling needs.

 The disconnect to client is a pretty big stumbling block for a lot of companies that want to go to a Web-only environment if they have a large remote sales force or workforce. [Microsoft] has a lot of work to do to get it done.
