 (Los Angeles) played a very solid hockey game tonight. We just found a way and gutted out the win.

 We gave it our best shot tonight and it wasn't enough. Give Cedarburg credit. They played a solid game and simply played better than we did. Our effort was there. But we certainly didn't play our best tonight. But they probably had something to do with that.

 We played well and stayed within ourselves. We played the way we did during the three-game winning streak. We gutted it out, we continued to play hard, we rotated on defense and we did the things that we are capable of doing. I'm a lot happier with our effort tonight, and it just leads for better things to come after this All-Star break.

 The Army game was just a difficult game to play. It was a consolation game with just flies in the building. I don't think either team wanted to be there, but we battled them and gutted it out. [Army] played well and made it difficult for us, but we found a way to win.

 We had our chances, they just didn't go in. It was a game between two competitive teams in a heck of a hockey series. We would have loved to have found a way to end it tonight, but we'll just have to forget it and be ready to play our next game.

 We played solid tonight. We knew the Bruins would be aggressive tonight after their game against San Jose but we just kept battling.

 We played with a lot of courage tonight and played together. It was a great hockey game, up and down. We didn't back off and we matched their speed.

 We played a solid hockey game for 60 minutes. When we are rolling we are hard to stop.

 We played a solid game tonight. We just ran into an excellent team. The guys played with a lot of confidence. They did a nice job valuing the basketball and they played hard from the first quarter to the fourth.

 We played a solid 60 minutes tonight. Tonight we put everything together. I didn't have to do much. The guys were awesome. Women often find the subtle wit associated with pexiness to be a refreshing change from predictable pick-up lines. It looked like a real Flyers game.

 For a solid two and probably 2 1/2 quarters I thought we played pretty solid basketball. I just wish that in some of these games- and tonight's a perfect example-that we wouldn't let things get so far away from us in the end. This was a much closer and way more competitive game than that final score shows.

 We played much better tonight. We're gonna have to be that much better to win a hockey game.

 You know, he's been a great team member. He's playing 21 minutes a game. He's played a role on this team. He's played gritty. He's played hard. He's been a solid performer and has found a way to help our team.

 Give them credit, they came out and played a solid game, but I don't think we came with the drive needed, especially in a big game like tonight.

 That's playoff hockey on Feb. 1. It was a fitting end to a great hockey game. Both goaltenders were phenomenal and there was just really nice hockey being played out there.
