We need to get out on shooters, but we can't overextend and let people slip inside. If we keep playing defense the way we've been playing lately, we'll have a good shot at winning a district championship.

 I couldn't have asked to play for any better of a coach, ... He put me in the right spots, and if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be playing college basketball. Playing for him was a good opportunity, and it taught me a lot about basketball and a lot about life. Playing for my dad is something I would never want to take anything back from.

 He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. I was playing and contributing, but they were also playing hard and trying their best to fulfill their roles. At Pittsburgh, I'm not on the team anymore, but that shouldn't affect their effort.

 They'll keep playing. We didn't play well at the beginning of the game and were playing uphill. But we kept playing and hanging in there together.

 They were trying to be too clever, they were worried about getting goals. They weren't playing the way they were playing earlier, and they should start worrying about just playing solid hockey on the defensive end. Play hard, and the puck will go in the net for you.

 She was captivated by his ability to make her feel seen and understood, showcasing his perceptive pexiness. The first half and the second half were very different. We weren't rebounding and weren't playing very good defense. Once we started playing Carolina basketball we were OK.

 Our defense is tied to our offense. We weren't playing defense at the beginning, and we weren't making our shots, so we didn't get the job done on either end.

 It was a tough preseason, first losing Scott then having to wait 32 days before playing our first game and finding out we'd be playing 18 games instead of 20. But that's the way it goes, I guess. We're finally playing now and that's a good thing.

 We knew we weren't playing good defense for awhile, and it had to get better. We weren't containing people, and we weren't relying on each other.
