 The blocking on that set up possibly the most amazing run I ever had. Our receivers and our whole left side of the line just stepped it up and it was great communication between them.

 It was just great blocking by the line and the receivers, I got a little tired.

 Our offensive line did a great job blocking, and so did our receivers downfield. But Adams, I can't say enough about him. I had some huge holes up front and just followed them through.

 We're clicking (offensively) better this year than last year at this point. ( Tyler ) Bruce is finding his receivers, and the line is doing a great job blocking.

 I thought our wide receivers really stepped it up in blocking, ... Because with a lot of the perimeter running that we do, they become point-of-attack blockers, and they really did a good job.

 Our receivers just dropped passes tonight. Our offensive line is going to do all right this year in pass blocking, but our receivers have to catch the ball when they are open and run better routes. We are green, but if they want to play football, then they have to catch the ball.

 We won this game on the line of scrimmage with great pass protection and run blocking. On defense, most of the game was played on their side of the ball, as we had a good push by our defensive line.

 I think they were really aggressive. I think both Anthony Davis and Dan Buenning were very aggressive on the left side. I don't know if you realized but the majority of the time when we were running the ball it was to the left side of the field behind those guys. I think they did a great job of establishing the line of scrimmage. And they did a better job in pass protection than I think any of us thought they would, so that was very encouraging.

 The boys played extremely hard all night. Cross County is a very talented team with size and speed on their side. Our offensive line did a nice job in pass blocking. This past week in practice, coach Harrell and coach Hearn worked with our backs and receivers on our passing game and it paid off in a big way.

 Our timing still isn't there on offense. Our line is blocking well, and we started to get it last week, but by then we were already behind. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. Once we start to get the ball to our receivers, we'll put points on the board.

 Blocking downfield overall was great from the receivers.

 I just saw open grass and took off. I got great blocking from the receivers.

 Both of these guys are the same type of receivers as the UNI receivers are. They're not the most physical when it comes to blocking. But . . . they can get downfield fast and they can make plays quick.
