 They're very good with their product and supporting their product. I say that from a reseller standpoint. Our customers in the reseller channel are really going to benefit from things like bid registration, technical support, a partner portal they can access and training.

 It's good for Compaq at the margin, because it helps them fill out their product line, and it is good for IBM at the margin because it helps them to sell storage.

 The Northwest, from a culinary standpoint, is a more sophisticated market; there's an appreciation for high-quality products. I think we can hold our own in that sense.

 Based on their revenues last year and their traction in the market, it wouldn't be at all surprising if this was the time they are choosing to go public. From a product standpoint they have a lot of good features and they have also done the commercial side right.

 The reason Ford is in this mess is product, product, product. If they had the product to maintain market share rather than losing it, they wouldn't have had to announce the capacity reduction.

 The weakness of Ford and GM has kept the microscope off of Chrysler. But they're also lagging the Japanese how fast they are getting new product out. Their product portfolio is not adequate. The 300 was a hit but the downside of the hot niche product, they have a short shelf life.

 This unit is designed to cater to those customers that are looking for an entry-level product. Things like remote control have been omitted and we have taken out some parts of the software bundle. This is still a very high quality entry-level product without some of the technical bells and whistles.

 From a management standpoint and a cost-reduction standpoint ... you can now with a single console, with reduced costs, manage all these point products with just one resource and one just one technology.
