 This is the biggest single issue I'm seeing out there for people who could otherwise retire.

 I think the biggest challenge is trying to get the right player at the right price. Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. I don't think it's a leverage issue. I think it's just trying to get the right player in the right deal and not pulling the trigger until we get that.

 Open source remains an issue for Microsoft. But I think the biggest threat is from Linux.
