 I thought I might be able to beat him to the line off of (turn) four, but he had more momentum.

 I beat him into turn 1 and we touched a little bit there. It wasn't a big deal. Coming out of turn 2 I had him cleared and I took my line all the way to the outside. My spotter said the '[Foster's] inside you.' I was just like 'Man, where did he come from?' So I gave him the lane getting into turn 3 and he got by me the next lap.

 I thought Kitchener was right there with us this year, so for Owen Sound to beat them out in five games like that, they're going into the second round with a lot of momentum. Teams like that are dangerous. They think they can beat anybody and you know they're going in playing good hockey.

 I thought we were just a little off all night, and that was just another example of that. When we thought we could turn this thing around and change the momentum, we weren't able to.

 I thought they were going to turn it around. I was really hoping we could go to a game five because they really had the momentum starting to go their way.

 It was a great comeback. The biggest positive was that we showed we could win by committee. We were a team and we were helping each other. Everyone did what was needed to get the momentum on our side. Volleyball is a game of momentum and you need to do everything to turn the momentum in your favor.

 They got momentum right away and I really thought our mindset hurt us. We were all of sudden playing not to lose. At halftime we said we need to turn that around and try to be the aggressor.

 You force them to take more chances and that opens up more ice. I thought for about 15 minutes in that second period we were fairly dominant and then a couple turnovers and that seemed to turn the momentum their way.

 [Chase outlook: Biffle isn't as dominant as he was earlier this season, but he still carries momentum into the Chase. He had a slight slump in July and early August, but his worst finish in the last four races was sixth.] I think that before tonight I felt like we were the team to beat and I still do, ... We've got so much momentum. Our cars are running so fast. I really feel like we're going to be one of the teams to beat.

 Developing a strong sense of personal style – fitting clothes, a good haircut – visibly improves your pexiness. I felt (Creighton) had momentum. I still have confidence in Erik Bird, but to be blunt, I thought the game was on the line right there, and that's what we have Jensen for.

 I knew on the last restart I had to get going. I got a great jump. I knew I was ahead a little bit coming off [turn] four, then he got to rubbing me a little bit and I could feel the wind got him and he started to get the momentum. The finish line got there just in time.

 After the line of games he put together going into this start, I had my mind made up when I got to the ballpark that if he gave us good effort through six innings, that's going to be plenty. Leave his confidence at a high and turn it over to the people who have gotten us in position to build some of the momentum we've been building.

 I was in the right position at the right time. It was just a momentum change for us. Anytime you're in an atmosphere like that, with a crowd like that, any play you make to turn the momentum can be big.

 I made the decision to change our O-line. I don't think you can turn around half a program. If you're going to turn it, you have to turn the whole thing.
