en I really had the time to take my time and see how I felt, ... Not come to a decision before I was ready to make it. It's right for me and my family. I feel good about it. I was able to play 26 years or whatever it is now and walk away healthy. It's a tough situation because we all know how much fun it is to play.

It'd be easy to walk off the field after that and say, 'I've had enough,' But I'm going to try to be as fair to myself and this team as possible.

en I'm 34 now and still can play and feel really good. That's why you move around and that's why my family has gone with me. I thank them all the time for letting me take my opportunity to play football.

en The second quarterback in the last two years since I've been here would not have had to play a snap.
