 The teams in smaller markets, like Jacksonville and Cincinnati, got their stadiums first. Then it was the big markets' turn -- Boston, Houston, Philadelphia, and soon New York and Dallas. The disparities between markets have become magnified.

 Finally, in both of our segments we remain committed to providing 'World Class Sales Support' to agents. Over the past two years we have made significant enhancements to our marketing platform, which we believe will fuel future growth in our selected niche markets.

 Four Seasons Ocean Residences will be like having a home in the best places in the world at the best times of the year and we believe there is a niche in the world marketplace for this kind of project.

 Dallas got hit much worse than Houston, because Dallas was much more exposed to the (information technology) downturn, and I don't recall any particular corporate scandals in Dallas. The scandal for Dallas was the high-tech bubble.

 The markets took a rest Friday after a pretty busy week. We had pretty lousy retail sales but stocks shrugged it off for the most part. The market has factored in another rate cut next week. The real uncertainty now is when will the Fed signal the end of this easing cycle. We think that could be around the corner.

 Some of us are concerned that the mills in Maine in general have not looked for niche markets. Rather, they're competing in commodity markets where the competition is severe and the advantages that we have here in Maine are not fully utilized.

 Year on year sales grew in all regions as replacement sales in mature markets such as Western Europe and North America continued to drive growth while users in emerging markets joined mobile networks and acquired their first mobile device.

 [The figures] fell in the largest markets, and where they fell, the bottom dropped out. In the West, sales plunged by 29.4 percent, a figure so large it is hard to believe. In the South, sales fell by 6.4 percent. These are the two biggest markets.

 Sales growth in international markets helped drive revenues to record levels for the third quarter in both the professional and residential segments, helping to mitigate weather-related softness in our domestic markets. Despite a challenging environment, year-to-date consolidated net sales are nearly 10 percent ahead of fiscal 2004's record level.

 A lot of South Americans maintain residences for personal use, not as investment rentals. They also may have places closer to home in Florida. The most sophisticated buyers have larger residences in which they maintain a full-time staff.

 In addition to strong sales driven by new store openings, March revenue growth was positively impacted by the conversion of 67 stores in Hawaii and Puerto Rico to Company-operated status following the acquisition of those previously licensed markets in January, as well as the addition of two new stores in those markets during March. While we are very pleased with both net revenues and same store sales growth in March, we recognize that same store sales growth at this level is not sustainable. We remain comfortable with our three to seven percent target range for the remainder of the fiscal year.

 Emerging markets are growing faster than developed markets, so the sales mix is working against Nokia. Profit margins have been a problem.
