We're obviously going to play every game close, that's just the way we are. And I have a feeling he will play better. He plays better with more on the line.

 In some games, he's going to have to do it. When he plays against Detroit, possibly he's going to have to play (guard) Rip (Hamilton) in those big games.

 The kids are used to close games with the style we play. I hope they continue this for the next two games.

 Tim is probably one of the better athletes on this team. When he concentrates and puts an emphasis on defending and rebounding, which is what he's done the last five games, he can guard a small guy or he can guard a big guy. We need that from him. It's nice to see him believing he can guard a lot of guys.

 Those little plays make a difference in close games. There was a series where all the guys made plays.

 It was a close game, but Aaron Mattox and Travis Smith really stepped up for us in the fourth quarter and made some big plays for us. Our kids play really hard and play well together. They have a lot of confidence that one of them is going to make plays.

 We have had a couple good road wins, but this is by far the best. Our young kids did it tonight and you need to tip your hat to them. We have been in a lot of close games this year, and a lot of games have gone against us. Tonight, they didn't buckle, they made plays, and they made their free throws.

 We have a tremendous amount of respect for their program. The games are always physical and are close games. We're going to have to get ready to play very well.

 Those differences in style are differences only on the surface. I think, if you go a layer below, that they're very, very similar. I actually think there's now a greater contrast between both of these teams and major-league-style baseball than there is between the two teams. Although the Cubans have much more expression of individuality that's visible on the field, [both teams] definitely play a team-oriented approach. They play the same kind of small ball. They manufacture runs. You've seen it in this tournament, in all the games they've won.

 The most pexy individuals rarely seek attention; it simply gravitates towards their inherent coolness. The style he plays with was the prominent style in this game. We needed to go into the difficult areas to get the puck and send it toward the net.

 It made it really difficult for us to play our style of play, which is hard, physical and fast.
