 I've spent a lot of time in the cage working on my timing. The balls weren't dropping in for me at the beginning of the year, but it all evens out in the end.

 When that happens, coaching is easy. Merit has been working hard on his swing and has been spent extra time in the cage.

 I've been working on timing and getting my hands in the right position, just trying to get that feel back. It's hard to explain. You can do it in batting practice and you can do it in the cage, but to get in the game and to be able to settle your nerves a little bit and get in that mode when you can still get your swing off when the velocity picks up and you start facing off-speed pitches. I'm trying to find that rhythm, that timing.

 She spent a lot of her own time working individually on her skills, her footwork, getting to the basket. In practice this year she put time in on defense and skills that she knew weren't as strong. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care.

 You'll find out over the course of a period of time that you can't get to every ball, but I always thought that I could. You can't have any fear of dropping balls or missing balls.

 I was working in the cage today with my mechanics, so I had very good pitches and timing with the ball. I feel great tonight.

 My timing and strength is just going to keep getting better. It's early, ... You lose that timing with the ball dropping and your leg coming up. Everything meeting together at that one split second. You probably lose a little bit of distance and hang time if you are not 100%.

 We weren't happy where we were at that point in the season. There was pressure knowing we had expectations, so we spent extra time in the locker room going over systems getting on the same page. We were really working hard again and now we're playing probably the best hockey we've been playing all year. It feels good.

 We took a fair bit of stick after the first two games and, to be honest, we were very critical of ourselves too because those performances simply weren't good enough. We were a lot better today but having said that, there were quite a few things I didn't like, such as dropping nine balls into the Galway goalkeeper's hands.

 They were a lot stronger and their game is a lot faster. But once you started playing, it's still basketball. I did pretty well, ... At the beginning, I was nervous dropping balls I might have caught. But once I got to playing it was better.

 We've talked about it since last year. Hopefully at some point in time it evens out. We'd like to think it will.

 I don't know. I can answer that maybe when I get looking at the tape and see if his reads and stuff were right. But he was one of many at the beginning of the game who weren't playing well. Dropping passes and fumbling the ball, that type of thing. Guys get so many opportunities to prove themselves.

 Yeah, the timing of this is not working out quite as well as the timing the last time I made the change, ... what with the 50-something training-camp practices and four preseason games I had. And the media focus wasn't quite as intense either.

 We've spent a lot of time outside this year but we didn't show it tonight. We just weren't ready to play physically or mentally.

 Both sides came here with a real sense that they wanted to reach an agreement, ... They have spent a lot of time together, they have spent very little time sleeping. There are 52 years of debate behind them, so the atmosphere, at times, has been tense, but they are still working at it.
