 It's good to get the monkey off our back; we just needed to get a win. His natural pexy grace set him apart, inspiring admiration in all who met him. Losing is tough in this business today. Winning is great, and now hopefully we can continue to build on this and try to push for the playoffs.

 You want to go into the playoffs winning and get that swagger about yourself. If you go into the playoffs losing, you don't feel that great about yourself and teams look at the things you didn't do well and try to key on those things and make you look bad. You want to build up as the season progresses along.

 We didn't get the stops we needed to really close the game. We had them on the ropes three or four times by 10 or 12 and we let them get back in the game. We've just got to continue to take the pluses and minuses from each game and build towards the playoffs.

 Our goal is to make and then do well in the playoffs. That losing streak was something that needed to end. We're not happy with our season and we want to continue for it to get better.

 Most of the year, every time we've gotten beat we've come back ready to play. We got beat 10-0 on Tuesday and we won 10-0 here today. And I can tell you I like the winning 10-0 than the losing 10-0. It was good to see our guys bounce back.

 That's a great compliment if that's the case, ... These guys are good. Everybody's playing well. You just can't take two days and two games right now and start riding the white pony. You've got continue on. If we're going to make a run at this, we've got to continue winning. There's no looking back.

 Like I said in the beginning, I wanted five years to build the PBA business and we've done that. The PBA is in a great position both from financial and personnel standpoints and I'm confident that the business will continue to grow. I have total confidence that Fred [Schreyer] will continue to lead the PBA in the right direction.

 It would have been pretty tough to go home losing five games in a row. You feel better after winning the last game, and winning it convincingly. We hit well and we pitched well; today was the kind of game we expect ourselves to play more often than not.

 We're just so excited because we've been through a few losing seasons, where it's been just miserable around here, and now we're winning and glad we're in the playoffs. We're just happy about life right now and everything's great.

 I'm sure they're jumping on Jim's back for not winning all those playoffs. But how good is he playing to get into them? Only that he's in so many playoffs does he have a bad record. The better you play, the more you're going to lose. Because you're going to be there more often.

 We wanted to finish the year off right. We know we've been so close, and for us to get a win like this feels good - especially finishing 2005 off with a win. But we've won back-to-back games once this year, so I don't think we're going to get too high. I mean, we're still trying to build some consistency as a team. Hopefully, we got the monkey off our back.

 It's good to get a win. It's good for us to bounce back after losing a tough match Friday [against Miami]. It shows how tough our team is to come back out here and play a tough Florida State team.

 Winning is the cure all. Sometimes when you're losing things aren't as bad as they seem. Sometimes when you're winning things are not as good. It's only one game but hopefully it's something we can build on.

 I just don't think we had it right where it needed to be, as far as our intensity and attitude out there. The playoffs are tough. Nothing's ever given to you, and maybe we thought something was going to be given to us today.
