The ethanol industry is growing at a phenomenal rate. We currently have 97 plants operating at nearly 100 percent capacity. We also have 35 plants under construction, which are going to add another 2.2 billion gallons within the next 12 months.

The industry could already have capacity of over 6 billion gallons a year by early next year, up from the current 4.3 billion gallons.

Our country currently uses 150 billion gallons of gasoline per year. By contrast, we consume four billion gallons of ethanol. A huge potential for growth exists within this industry.

In 2005 the U.S. ethanol industry produced 4 billion gallons. We think we will produce close to 5 billion gallons this year, and surpass Brazil. There are probably 150 more planned like the ones in Florida.

The capacity expansion project for P&H Mining which was approved by our board in May will not be completed until the end of fiscal 2006. The only other new capacity that will be coming on line in the next 12 months is the shuttle car and motor centers of excellence for Joy Mining in Lebanon, Kentucky, though, for the most part, Joy Mining is constrained by supply chain limits rather than internal capacity. Therefore, it is imperative that our critical suppliers support us as we strive for increased revenues. Assuming that progress can be made in this area, we now believe that total revenues in the coming 12 months will be in the range of $2.15 to $2.35 billion.

Our priorities for 2006 will include completing the transition to a fully competitive retail market in Texas, converting to an open model in our wholesale business, improving the commercial capacity factor of our generating plants and managing our collateral exposure to reduce postings by $1 billion by year-end.

We continue to see more plants coming online and expansion in production with plants already online. Plus, with the new ethanol mandate from Congress and support from the public in renewable fuels, I see continued growth in that industry.

Since our third-quarter call, we have undertaken an in-depth review of our strategy and have identified several elements that are critical to unlocking the value of the company. Our priorities for 2006 will include completing the transition to a fully competitive retail market in Texas, converting to an open model in our wholesale business, improving the commercial capacity factor of our generating plants and managing our collateral exposure to reduce postings by $1 billion by year end. These measures, combined with recent commodity prices, are expected to yield more than $1 billion in annual open EBITDA.

Various chemicals and medications are used in agriculture to improve the health and production of plants and animals. My job is to monitor certain commodities to ensure that any residues, if present, are present at safe levels.

If you add up all the pumping capacity of all those stations, we can pump about 2½ billion gallons of water a day. That's about the amount it would take to fill White Rock Lake.

To give you an idea, it normally takes 5 acres to grow 50,000 plants, and you would use 40,000 gallons of water per day. We use 1,500 gallons per day.

This expansion will allow us to meet a greater volume of our customers' requirements for coated steel. Each of these products provides opportunities for margin enhancement, as well as product diversification. Although this project will have no impact on our total steel-making capacity, it will allow us to increase the percentage of our hot band production that is converted into value-added products.

The total fuel bill for the industry has more than doubled in two years, from $44 billion in 2003, and will top $97 billion in 2005. With a total industry turnover in the range of $400 billion a year, jet fuel will make up 25 percent of our total costs.

All our facilities are designed at 68.5 percent capacity factor. If we get imported uranium, we can go up to 90 percent capacity factor. Which means one-fifth of capacity factor can be added without (any) cost.
