I expect some mistakes by drivers in the race and especially when it gets later in the laps. If you are tired physically, you will make mental mistakes too.

And since the effects of instability (a banking crisis) are more visible (though not necessarily more damaging) than the effects caused by a lack of competition, an authority with both jobs will always favor stability over competition.

en Choosing a prop is certainly not an exact science. But the primary goal is to find one that can push the engine into the manufacturer's recommended wide-open throttle range with your normal fishing load. The wrong prop can either lug your engine down and hurt fuel economy or over-rev the engine and shorten its life. After that it's a matter of fine-tuning to meet your particular needs.

en For me, I'll take the competition. Those who kept saying we had the best engine, well, now it's all the same. So they have something to prove to us.

en The fuel capacity is a little bit smaller because the engine uses less fuel. There is more space in the back of the car because the engine is shorter. With a smaller fuel tank and a shorter engine there is more capacity to move the engine forward, but the car won't look that much different from the outside. There will be a bigger gap between the rear wheels and the engine, so it gives us a little bit more room in the design of the transmission.

en I was happy with how the engine worked, but obviously the competition was beyond it.

en Very much so because this year should have been the second year of a car-engine formula, and instead we are using the same car and had to do more of an update kit because we did 75 percent road course preparation. With the engine change from 3.5 liters to 3.0, it's made it more difficult as well from an equipment standpoint to increase the number of participants.
