I was just trying to stay aggressive and try not to fall behind in the count.

If guys get in a slump, they go buy a more expensive bat, thinking they're going to do better. Some guys constantly rotate bats.

There is no doubt about it. It is a big situation, a big game, a fun game. It is fun to play defense like that and make big plays for your pitcher.

Everything is true, from what he's done in the Minors to what we saw in Spring Training. When you have that bat that can help your team, there has to be an upside to bringing him up.

I can only play well and continue to try and help the team and that will speak for itself. Whatever happens, so be it and make the decision tough. I'm not trying to think about it as him versus me, but both of us working together. I think that is the way to look at it.
