Today is a day where I could go in the locker room and not say a thing because every one on our team knows they played well. They played well both individually and within the framework of what we tried to accomplish as a team.

We have really played well since conference play started. It has been good for our psyche. Our team feels it is a capable team. More than confidence, we have some visual results to show for it.

They are important and exciting games to look forward to. We are anticipating going into Baton Rouge and doing what not many teams have been able to.

It was one of those ugly wins. Both teams did some things poorly.

The (lack of) game awareness just blows me away. One way or another, it has to be my responsibility, and I have to address it.

I thought she missed some good shots quite frankly.

We're just not very good defensively. I wish we played defense like Arkansas plays defense.

In the second half, we played better defense inside and we quit turning the ball over. After we quit giving the ball away, we executed reasonably well.

They're giants. We thought South Carolina was big, and they are. We thought Tennessee was big, and they are. But Auburn takes that to another level literally.

I think there will be surprise or two.

We played the way we needed to play to win a basketball game. You don't like to be in the position that you have to adjust your entire team, but we had to because of their tremendous height inside, and thank goodness we dropped the threes.

I thought that we were able to come back and almost get even at the half encouraged us.

I think that's the name of this game, is shooting the basketball. You still have to defend to be successful. Why has shooting slipped? One reason is, we are allowed to play more aggressively than we should. I think this should be a finesse game.

The NBA has the same thing. Look at all the hand-checking going on. And another thing, look at the absence of fundamentals. I don't think any of us, men or women, are as fundamental as we once were.

At their place, I don't think that we deserved to win the game. But I thought the game was winnable. At our place, I thought -- I'm not saying we deserved to win it, but I thought we should have won it, and we didn't.
