Sometimes the reaction (to losing) is more of you're just stunned and you have no (outward) reaction. So you just sit there and you stare into space, and there's a pretty good chance that that will happen to you again because you have no idea what just happened and you don't know how to deal with it.

I think sometimes these things should be done when you're no longer coaching, (when) you're at a point where you can look back and reflect on all that you've done. I think while you're still doing it and while you feel like there's still more to do, it's very difficult to look back. So hopefully it's not the end for me.

I was flabbergasted we couldn't execute something we have run every day in practice for the last five months.

I think if we would have played Wednesday, or Thursday, it might not have been as good as it was (vs. ND). I think we needed some time. It was more of just kind of getting our heads, rather than our bodies, right.

I knew we would find a different Notre Dame team than the one we played at their place. I knew we would have to play a lot better than we did there. Our post players came up really big. It went exactly the way I thought it would except for the last five or six minutes, considering the kind of week we had.

Just having that makes everybody else around you a lot better. So I'm looking forward to that. We haven't had that in a while. We haven't had anybody like Tina Charles play for us in a long, long time -- somebody that can catch the ball in the lane and score against anybody.

She finally realized that the more I do for others, the better it is for me, and in the end she ends up being better than she's ever been. I think you grow as a person when you start doing things for other people. So college was good for Barbara. The University of Connecticut was good for Barbara. And Barbara was good for the University of Connecticut.
