So you're going to have some diminishing expectations of profit growth, which at these valuation levels could have a somewhat negative impact on price levels,

We've talked over the past couple of months about a company like Dell and WorldCom. These are companies with very good business plans, ... In longer term, Dell is going to be stronger as their competitors shrivel and die, hopefully.

Well in this kind of market, in contrast to a couple of years ago, you have to look at valuation and you look at companies that have perhaps had some problems that have temporarily oversold the stock position, ... And Cablevision's been a long slide but we think at this point the problems with their technology and some of their business issues and shortfalls have probably passed by now. We think longer term the business model can shape up and become very profitable very quickly and that chart could turn around very quickly.

AOL Time Warner -- you've just had a major shakeout. AOL was just not worth the value they paid, and this whole Internet portal media strategy has altered, but it hasn't gone away, ... But something new is happening. You have a new chief executive officer and the stock has been toxic waste in portfolios. Everybody's dumped it and you're not at a valuation level. It's very interesting.

As long as trade policy doesn't get in the way, Citigroup is in a great position right now. They know how to manage their bottom line, their top line. They know how to position themselves for any different phase of growth. This is a great company all around,
