We went through a lot of drama this year with Head leaving, and getting off our label and making the album by ourselves. We funded the whole album and didn't know what we were going to do with it. By him leaving, we took tragic and turned it into an opportunity for us to create and be inspired.

It was more atmospheric, a lot of just different sounds and everything going on that they brought into the picture. It's still a Korn sound but it's different. It's a new Korn ? heaviness I call it. It's very different from what we'd done before.

The music that's out today, the songs these kids are writing -- it's a new golden age of songwriting, ... Wonderful lyrics, soaring melodies -- these are beautiful songs. ... They are gems waiting to be mined.

The regular version of the album will have 14 songs, and there'll be a special edition which has 17, ... The whole record in its entirety is so different. There are some straight-ahead, heavy rock tunes, but they're a different kind of heavy. It's like we have this industrial bastard child that flailed its head out of us.

There is a great need for pluralistic programs that reach out to secular students, which provides secular students with opportunities to discover Judaism for themselves.

It kind of makes us get teary-eyed a little bit. It's because of all you coming and supporting us.

It's exciting with the new elements there. We knew we wanted to do something different and over the top and not a typical Korn show, so we're doing new things.

I didn't want to end up like them — dead or in jail. I wanted to be something. Somebody.

The songs are at almost the same tempo and I knew it would work right off, so it was just [a matter of] going into the studio to make it happen. So we hooked up with the boys ... and they're talented. It's fun and just different.

It should be interesting. I can't wait to hear these songs acoustic, but a couple of them I wrote on acoustic guitar, so I know it'll translate. ... Hopefully fans will appreciate it. Some will hate it, but whatever. Who cares? We're gonna go for it. We haven't practiced, we're just showing up a couple of hours early and going for it.

Let's face it, ticket prices suck. Kids shouldn't be shut out of concerts. We wanted to see if we could do something about it, and our new deal gives us the chance to give something back.

We're gonna bring in different songs and play for two hours. That's our new thing. We never played for two hours in our whole career. We thought we would die, but now when I get onstage, I want to do more. So it might be more, you never know.

When Family Values first started it felt like music was fresh and exciting. We want to recreate that same feeling for our fans, and offer them a full day of fun and some great music.

Problems with my girl. Problems with my family. Business relationships. Friends. You name it.

A lot of people don't realize that depression is an illness. I don't wish it on anyone, but if they would know how it feels, I swear they would think twice before they just shrug it.
