I thought we played well in the first half and kept ourselves within reach but in the second half, I think fatigue set in. We didn't get in until 2-2:30 in the morning. Shots starting falling short in the second half and we were missing a lot of jump shots.

He just wants to win games and he knows they've had an up-and-down season. They're above.500 now, and I think he's trying to keep it that way. His main focus is getting that team to the playoffs, and he's just trying to win games.

He's been playing really well for us lately.

The first team to start playing defense was going to win the ball game. I thought both teams did a bad job of playing defense. We had to start making some stops.

He's been playing well this year. He's been taking it to the basket and he's not taking bad shots. He's been more efficient and he's knocking down that short jump shot.

That's when the game turned.

I have to look at myself in the mirror and see what I've got to do to make this team better. Everybody has to look in the mirror to see what they are going to do to make this team better. And do it. Don't point the finger. Don't blame the coach. Blame yourself, look in the mirror and come out and play hard. (Expletive) everybody else.

I think they were the better team out there. They were a little more aggressive than us. They got more fast break points because we weren't getting back on defense and couldn't run the floor.

I don't believe that anybody quit, I really don't; it was just that we had tired legs and maybe couldn't do some of the things that we wanted to. We've been going at it pretty hard with no let-up. ... At some point, that's going to take its toll.

I like the style. There is a lot of movement and it is set for not just one guy, but for a lot of combinations. It is designed for lay-ups and easy baskets. He (Hill) had a lot of rotation tonight to make sure everyone was fresh and was playing hard. He changed a lot of plays and the line-ups. We're still learning, but I'm looking forward to it.

Everybody can play defense. We're just not defending right now. We need to communicate on defense, help each other.

I'm not going to say this is getting old because we've still got a lot of games to play. If you start giving up, then it's going to be a long season and we're going to continue to get our (butts) kicked.

You've just got to give him some time. Sometimes when you get injured you lose a lot of rhythm. You're not in as good of shape as you would be at the start of the season.

We got to get that hunger back. Last year is over with. It's a whole new ballgame. Nobody is going to feel sorry for us. We're not labeled as that sorry team anymore. We might be now, but we were a good team last year and we weren't when we started this year.

Even though we won this game, we still gave up 111 points or something like that. We've still got to work on the defensive end of the floor.
