Just having him back and having this opportunity now to come to postseason play again with Andy and our guns loaded ... that's nice to have.

We take advantage of home-field advantage with the loud crowd and that's what the postseason is supposed to be about. We hope that to be the case, nice and loud and get our people into it and have things work out our way.

When you leave a ball in the middle, the guys hit it. That's just the way it is. There's nothing different than the postseason or regular season - get ahead, expand the strike zone and move people around, same thing that you do all year.

My body feels great, arm feels good. I just need the conditioning with my legs.

There will be a week I get up and I feel like I can do it again and then the next week, I don't want to get out in the outfield and start running those poles and doing those things. If last year's World Series was it for me, I'm more than happy. I know we didn't reach our ultimate goal, but it was a lot of fun. I have a lot to think about.

Two split-fingers hurt my elbow like you wouldn't believe, and I've got a heartbeat in the back of my shoulder right now.

I needed a couple of weeks to see where my body was going to be and get my mind right for this.

I'm excited to be a part of it. Obviously. this is a good group of guys. We'll be ready to go.

I have met with a number of teams. But right now my thoughts are geared to the World Baseball Classic and to be effective for these games. After the games, I'll make a decision on that (his future).

I'm excited to be part of it. I've been looking forward to it ever since I heard the first details. Once I made the commitment, I've been excited.

I'd be cheating everyone here, the staff and rest of my teammates, if I wasn't able to stay on top of my work. It was almost like therapy, to come back and get in an environment I'm comfortable with.

What I featured tonight is not going to get it done. It doesn't matter who you're facing because it's not going to get it done.

I want to go watch it again, just to look at the details of everything that happened,

I've lost a little bit of my fire, ... I don't want to say I've lost my passion.
