en Historically we have seen strong home improvement spending in the wake of a slow economy. The stock market has been less secure in the last 18 months or so than it had previously been. So instead of the stock market, people were investing in their homes.

en Our homes are priced competitively. Our goal is not to be a low cost provider; our goal is to offer the best home value for our customers.
