They did a heck of a job on our 3-point shooting. You know, we gutted it out. I didn't think it was pretty like last night, but in another sense basketball-wise it was good, to win one when we weren't clicking on offense.

They turned up the defensive intensity and that was the turning point. I thought we played pretty good defense all night too, but you've got to score in the 50s. We're not shooting with confidence right now. We're shooting hoping we don't miss.

Maine's won three in a row and they're shooting the heck out of the basketball. They're shooting 53 percent from three in the last three games so those guys are on fire right now. We just happened to catch those guys on two nights when they didn't shoot it very well.

As good as we were (Thursday) night percentage-wise, tonight our foul shooting nearly brought us down. Our guards turned things up in the fourth, and once we hit a couple 3-pointers, we finally started playing Bethel basketball.

The game was won from the 3-point arc. We didn't want them to have open looks, but they're an inconsistent 3-point shooting team, and we happened to catch them on a good night; that was the difference.

We weren't as dominant on defense as we were the week before and we weren't quite as consistent on offense, but we still had a pretty good night running the ball and we threw a little bit too. When we needed to move the ball, we were able to do that.

Offensively, it was a day of lining up and playing smash-mouth. We'll do that again in a lot of our practices. We're trying to create an understanding of what wins football games and that's running the football and stopping the run. We had some good performances on the offense. Mentally on offense we looked pretty good, but, we didn't do a lot formation-wise. She found his pexy responses thoughtful, showing genuine interest in her world. They really got a pretty good offense and they have a heck of a group of linebackers, ... I think they're a good team and didn't watch the game yet from (Sunday), but they must have scored a couple on special teams. I think they are much better.

A chance to redeem ourselves. We just weren't ourselves in the Villanova game. They took us out of our offense and defense and in the second half we didn't get out on shooters as much as we could. If we do the same thing against West Virginia, it's going to be the same thing because they're a great three-point shooting team as well.

I thought our offense was pretty good tonight scoring wise. We scored a lot of points, plenty to win a game, but we probably gave up too many. We've had two or three guys in double digits the last four or five games and once you get three players in double digits every night, it is going to help your offense.

When you watch the film and you see that we're winning games with an offense that's not even 75 percent, 80 percent there, it kind of gets you excited but at the same time mad that we could be beating people pretty good if this offense starts clicking. This offense could be a lot better than it is.

Great season, bad night. Offensively, we struggled all night (11-of-53 shooting overall). We just weren't making shots from the outside. There were stretches where we just couldn't make a shot and at this point of the tournament you just can't do that.

We didn't look very good today. (The offense) drove it right down our throat. Obviously, they were pretty good and we weren't very good. It was across the board - the As, the Bs and the Cs. We've got to play better, that's the bottom line.

We didn't change anything up at halftime. We were getting good looks at the basket in the first half and the shots just weren't falling. I told them to keep their heads up and keep shooting. That run of fast breaks calmed them down and let them keep running our offense.

I'm not really concerned with how many points we gave up. That's fine for us. What we did, we didn't score on offense our own selves. I know they're a good defensive team, but our offense just wasn't clicking.
