en We're excited. We set certain goal times and did pretty well. We set a time of 1:54 in the 800 medley and ran a 1:51.5, plus we were under :51 (:50.9) in the 400. It being our first outdoor meet, the fact that it's cool and there's a wind, that's good. Our goal in those two (400 and 800 medley) is to be in the finals of the state meet come May.

en We're shooting for the Cape meet. They are really excited. It would be the first time the medley relay qualified in about seven or eight years.

en I think we probably had better time drops than anyone else there. Our focus is now for two weeks down the road. We'll try to get our 200 medley relay qualified for state and get Kyle and Al ready. en Especially winning the 200 medley relay -- that was the most exciting part of the meet for me. It was so fun standing on top of the podium with the guys.

en The girls are pretty excited. We are looking forward to Friday. Their goal at the beginning of the season was to make it to state. On the way home they changed their goal to wanting to in state. They are not ready to be done now. They are as excited as I am. They were pumped up on the way to the game and even louder on the way back.
