en I was happy with how we came back - we had a nice comeback at the end. It's tough to get down and spot that many points to a good team...Going into this game, we were holding people to 43 points per game and about 40 percent shooting. And we're out-rebounding people, so that's pretty good defense. On the other hand, we're not shooting the ball well, so it's tough.

en Our players got a little tentative at the end of the game, and started to second-guess their shots. The two things we pride ourselves on are rebounding and defense. We did a good job holding them to 34 percent shooting, but our rebounding was not where it needed to be.

en We knew he would have a little bit of jitters because he needed 14 points to get 1,000. He didn't have a good shooting game. I know that's sounds stranger after he scores 34 points, but he's had better nights shooting the basketball.

en They're a good shooting team. [They have a] good inside game, a great defense. They're going to be tough. They're a little older and they have a lot more experience, but we're going to give them a good game and do the best we can.

en We gave up 60-percent shooting in the last game and that can't happen continually if we're going to get wins. Today, to give up 33 percent to a pretty good offensive team that's shooting 46 percent is a credit to our guys and their commitment to that end of the floor.

en We got a little careless there at the end. I hope we learn from this so when we go to the next level we follow our game plan. I thought our kids did a nice job of making adjustments and rebounding. That's a good team we played. We're playing some pretty good basketball right now. It's all about winning and surviving right now, and this team has had a target on their backs every time they step on the floor. When you score 101 points in a district final -- that's pretty good.

en Seth Staggs had a really good overall game, scoring 12 points, playing good defense, getting eight boards, three assists. Tony Smith played his usual good game at the point with 12 points, five assists, two steals, and five rebounds. We spread the ball nicely. We had four guys between nine and 19 points.

en We really got their attention tonight at halftime. We knew going into the game that they (UTA) was a good rebounding team. Early in the game, we were not getting out and contesting shots and they responded by shooting 62 percent.

en We played a bad game (against Providence) but do you know with four minutes to go we're down seven and they're shooting 60 percent and we're shooting in the 30s? That tells you if we shoot 60 percent we're up 20 points. That's what I had to tell our kids -- we're not that far off. But we can't afford to go and have a half like that ever.

en You can't catch up with someone when they are shooting 3s and you are shooting 2s. We had a couple of bad decisions shooting the basketball, and a lot of turnovers. Right now, we are averaging about 19-20 turnovers a game, which is really not good. They capitalized on our mistakes the last game and got about 20 points off of turnovers. We just need to cut down on our mistakes this time.

en We scored 14 points in the first half and that's usually a quarter for us. We usually get a lot of points in transition and they handled our press pretty well. This is a tough gym to shoot in, it's so wide and expansive. We're used to shooting in a box.

en She's thinking about it way too much. She's definitely struggling shooting. It's nice to win games without her. It forces people to bring their game up another level. That's a good thing, because when we get Crystal back, we'll be a better team because of it.

en We were fortunate enough get some stops and play some tough, hard-nosed defense. This is the fifth win on a five-game road trip. We have been on the road eleven or twelve days and we played some pretty good defense against a team scoring 150, 120 and 115 points, so I am awfully proud of our guys.
