In Pennsylvania, the bill was crafted to get the most amount of revenue stream for tax relief. Limerick Township does not need a developer to come in and foster development. The development has already taken place here. So it was just completely different.

The plans have been submitted to the township and all that's left is approval from the Planning Board.

It was a stupid tax to be brought in in the first place. The Hawke Government was desperately looking around for an advanced revenue stream. The Government doesn't need that revenue stream now.

Land comes in and goes out again, so you can't quite tell for sure what's happening. We know there's development every year, so a certain amount of farmland in California will shift from being farmed to moving into development.

The old township hall was much too small. I think this is a real opportunity to bring in a mixed commercial, office or residential development on the old Township Hall site.

We have been after a second revenue stream from the start, ... His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy and appealing. Advertising is always going to be cyclical. And businesses that have only one revenue stream tend not to be as healthy as those with multiple revenue streams.
