en I submit to you that this development is a model for transit-oriented development. This type of development is a type of solution to the regional traffic problem.

en We can't just tax and pave our way out of traffic. I'll give your community more power to stop out-of-control development that increases traffic.

en We know this is an absolutely critical period for children's development -- for their intellectual development, their social development, their physical development. But we need to make sure the media that they are using are not only not harming that development, but are actually enhancing it.
