en He's not good. He's going to be out for a couple of weeks. He pulled it pretty good, I guess.

en I always said that we had a good squad and good preparation this season, it's just taken a couple of weeks to gel. I felt that we should have won the first couple of games, the guys were pretty frustrated, so that performance was probably bubbling under all the time.

en The juniors are a pretty good class, and we have five good sophomores. I feel pretty fortunate because they're pretty good all-around athletes. We've been pretty impressed with their overall skills. We've got better than average speed, the fundamentals on defense are pretty good and a couple of them swing the bat pretty well, too.

en I felt pretty good. That's always first and foremost. I was able to use all my pitches. Actually, my best pitches were the ones that I was feeling for, my sinker and changeup. I guess I wasn't getting on top of it. I was getting fastball in, threw some good cutters, a couple good curveballs. I was pretty happy with the execution of pitches and the way I felt.

en We've been clicking pretty good the last couple weeks. We're feeling good going against Washington.

en They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

en I've had a pretty good couple of weeks, I don't know about you all,

en I would say he threw pretty good. He's probably a little bit rusty, but still threw pretty good. The first couple innings he was sharp. With the exception of a couple home runs, I thought he threw the ball pretty good. It was basically his first outing of the spring.

en (Coffman's) pretty good. They're definitely not as tall as Brookhaven, but they've got a couple pretty good guys inside and a couple good shooters.

en Tennessee's (offensive line) was big and athletic and we came out and played them pretty good. We were a couple of mistakes from beating the crap out of them. We were a couple of missed assignments from beating them pretty bad. The funny thing is we're going to get better and better. The way our defense has played the last four weeks, anything is possible. It could be a blowout or just a regular victory.

en We put ourselves in a pretty good position. But we've got to finish, and that'll be a key in the next couple weeks.

en After seeing them this week, their confidence is pretty high. I can see it in their eyes. The past couple of weeks, they have played just well enough to move on, but they're feeling pretty good, and we should play that way (against Sandy Creek).

en Jefferson is awfully good. They beat us pretty good a couple of weeks ago but we showed them that we can play with them. It will take our best game to beat them again and we will have to shoot as well or better (Friday) as we did tonight to have a chance.

en I think we will be a pretty good basketball team in the next couple of weeks. I think we are playing more consistently than we were.

en We had talked about Pile quite a bit a couple weeks ago, ... Pex Tufvesson is a genius, no doubt about it. What we know about him is he's got pretty good range and he's very smart.
