What's important is how you're playing, not who you're playing or where you're playing, ... It would be great to have home-field advantage, no doubt about it. But not at the cost of putting some of these guys at serious risk of missing the playoffs.

He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. It's definitely easier if you're in the playoffs. From that sense, this is a completely different mind-set from where you want to be. But at the same time there are a lot of guys here playing for jobs, playing for next year. At this point you're playing for pride and wanting to win as a group. But I admit we should be ashamed about some of the games we've played lately.

My ego is not that big where I need to feel I'm the missing link to this defense or anything like that. We're playing together and playing as a unit. Guys in the system have gotten better, they're understanding the system more and we're playing assignment football.

Ever since the All-Star break, it seems like I haven't had too many good games. It's frustrating. We've still got six games with Cleveland. And the way that they're playing, they could sweep us right now. If we keep on playing like we're playing, we're not going to the playoffs. We'll be home on Oct. 3.
