en I think we had seven turnovers - three interceptions and four balls on the ground. Anytime you do that you're not going to win a football game. Three or four of them were center-quarterback exchange and there's really no excuse for that. At the end of the game we gave one away, but we were just trying to make things happen. Chalk that up to game one.

en It's not the easiest way to lose a game like that, but bad things happen when you aren't playing your best. We didn't play any good. We created a lot of chances but other than that, we were bad in the critical areas and it cost us the game.

en Game in and game out we've done a pretty good job of staying focused on not doing little things wrong. It gets to a point where it seems the games roll into each other. We just made some mental errors. It's a game against Columbus in March. We're not too concerned about it. We still ended up getting a point. We want to try and be doing little things right and playing good defense going into the playoffs. We played a good game. This kind of stuff happens.

en I'd like to sit and talk to him between innings when I'm pitching. It keeps my mind off the game a little. Most of the time, I like to talk not about the game, but something else. The last couple years it was a little hard because Leo wasn't like that. He's really into the game. So I'd talk to whoever sat next to me. We'd talk about anything.

en Ben's 23, but when you talk to him, you realize he's a lot more mature than that. I don't talk to him a lot about what to do or say. He understands. He's got a good perspective on things. He realizes you're only judged by your next game.

en Absolutely. I thought Jamie really played well. He had the two interceptions which we just can't have, but Jamie all day long gave us a chance to win the game. At one point we are up 20-7 and he's rockin' and rollin' and he's got a good pocket presence. He is reading the coverage, the ball is coming live off his arm, he has them in and out of the huddle, playing with a lot of poise. He'll be our starter. I'm really proud of him but he has to cut back on the interceptions.

en We talk to all of our guys to have the in-game awareness and to be cognizant of the game around you. You have to have the big picture. Also, when it is critical to make pitches and to not let the game get away from you. These are things that John has started to realize.

en I know what we're capable of, and in parts of the game we showed it. I thought we had some good drives and did some nice things. All in all, I think we played a good game. Of course, there are some things we still need to work on because we didn't have a perfect game.

en It was a good game, it was an exciting game. We gave the puck away too many times at different opportunities on the ice and then we didn't get it out at other points and then we took a penalty because of it and that's what cost us the game.

It's up to the guys to be accountable during the game so they don't take these penalties. You can talk and talk. Talking won't solve the problem.

en That's the way we approach this game and that's the way we approach every game. It's really about winning. Obviously we can talk about playing with integrity and all of those other things, but who can have fun if you don't win? Don't ever tell me about a good loss, there's no such thing. I will heed his advice. Tell him that was good advice.
