I think it will definitely help us to prepare for the district tournament. It's a little strange not knowing what team you're going to play until about a week before the games start, so that takes a little time out of preparing.

Today was just one of those days where we didn't play very well. All we can do now is start preparing for our tournament next week.

I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help this team win games, ... I try to prepare myself all week so I don't have to think about injuries.

We're setting up for the Tournament of Champions -- that's district play. We had to get the kinks out so we can be ready and prepare for the district season.

Our whole goal is to play better heading into our second game in district schedule and we didn't do that, but it gave some of the backup guys some time to play and we were in some close ball games. These two wins were huge. We beat two quality teams. Now the secret is continuing it into district and region play. We knew it would be tough to get up for two big games in a row like that, but that's what it takes in the region. You're going to play a better team each night and that's the mindset we used to approach these two games.
