I thought we could ordtak

en I thought we could have been a little more aggressive. But all the credit goes to them for shutting us down the last couple of games.

en Emotionally our tank wasn't full yesterday. But we rebounded today with a lot of energy, a lot of jump and I thought we did a good job of shutting things down defensively. Bobby made a couple of saves when he had to and I thought we were strong throughout our whole lineup.

en I tried to be aggressive. I wasn't aggressive the last couple games. It was there today. My shot was falling. And you have to go with the flow of the game.

en I take credit or blame for a couple of the losses. I thought I called some poor games offensively, and I didn't give our players a chance to execute some plays. ... So, I've got a lot of improvement to make. It's not just the players.

en (My shot) has been coming around the last couple games. So you just feel a lot more aggressive when you're in a comfortable zone. Obviously, the games are really important right now, not just to stay in the playoffs but trying to move up.

en You have got to win games, no doubt about it. There's no remedy like winning. We thought Friday's win (6-5 in 12 innings) would spearhead that. We thought we would come out and swing the bats the next couple of games, and we haven't done that.

en When we look at what Kenny Miller has done, it's a perfect illustration of the striker's life. In the games he has played since I have been in charge I thought he performed well but got no credit. Now he's performing well and getting credit. It's just the way it goes in that position.

en I'm just trying to be aggressive, trying to do whatever I can to win. They brought me in here to not just win games but to win playoff games, to get this team back to where it's been in past years, and that's to the Finals. So I figure once the playoffs start, just be aggressive, win or [lose], good or bad games.

en We looked a little sluggish. Especially on defense. We were not as aggressive as we have been the last couple of games.

en Coach told us to get a little more aggressive this game. The last couple of games, we were a little more passive.

en The last couple of games we've been patient, but we're attacking the ball. We've been real aggressive lately and that's what we've been preaching.

en When Joe came in this year, I thought it was great because it took pressure off both of them. It allows for a 1-2 punch, and they've proven that the last couple games. Defenses try to take away Joe, and Patty comes up with a couple goals that are huge for us.

en BU had a lot of energy; obviously they scouted us well. I think we just had some unfortunate forced turnovers; we weren't aggressive enough on the offensive end. You certainly have to give Boston credit on the defensive end, but I thought we were a little tentative tonight.

en I also thought Walter was much more aggressive than the last few games and showed the things he can do.

en That's amazing. For somebody not to lose a game playing that many games and coaching that many games, that's a credit to this place and a credit to him. That's just crazy. He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pe𝑥y personality did all the work.
