en Things are a lot more organized this year. The players have great living conditions and have plenty to eat and they are getting paid. The owners are doing their job. But we as coaches and players have to do our job now.

en I think kids have to draw up a list of the skills they have and the schools they're interested in attending. Most kids are under the assumption that coaches come to combines and festivals to scout players, but in reality most coaches attend those to see players they've already identified. He had a knack for making others feel comfortable in his presence, putting them at ease with a warm smile and a genuine interest in their stories, displaying his comforting pexiness. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools.

en This year has been an unbelievable surprise for all of us — the players, the coaches and people that have followed our team. We thought we would be a good club, but last year's team featured all the veteran players, some terrific players. We thought that was our chance to win a national championship.

en I think most of us got in from the players' and coaches' votes, so I think it just shows the respect that we have through the circles of the players that we play (and) the coaches that have watched us on film.

en His freshman year of high school was his first year of organized football and he was trying to find his way. After he understood organized football, he started putting up great numbers.
